Kanjana Estates will provide a comfortable community atmosphere for people to live within the Town of Bridgetown.
Our goal is to create an area that will carry on the Town of Bridgetown’s existing reputation as “the friendly town”.
The project comprises 19 acres within the Town of Bridgetown, running from Bay road west along the abandoned rail line and exiting back onto the number 1 highway.
The overall design is, and will be built to high standards, has 1,250 square feet of living space with plenty of frontage and yard space front and rear. The 19 acres boarders the abandoned rail line for its entire length and will eventually share access to the rails and trails network.
An area has been set aside at the end of the 19 acres as a cul-de-sac park for the “rails and trails”. All units are wheel chair accessible. All services for residents will be taken care of snow, lawns, garbage, etc.

Bridgetown offers virtually all the
amenities residents will need just moments from their doorstep. Downtown
is only a few moments walk away, either along the main roads or along
the eventual “rails and trails” network.
The town of Bridgetown offers much to potential residents including:

A bustling downtown with shops, library, pharmacy, 3 financial institutions and grocery stores.

Recreation facilities abound in the area, with everything from lawn bowling to tennis and swimming for the summer. There is even a boat landing and park area to the Annapolis River. Winter activities include skating and curling rinks.

Kings Transit is just across Inglewood road in the ADIL complex. The ADIL complex offers space for those interested in pursuing a small business, or continuing their existing business, along with storage space for unwanted items.

Bridgetown is currently raising funds for a new Fire Hall which will be located adjacent to the project’s east end, just across the abandoned rail line. EMS technicians are moments away at the eastern end of town.
